EARTHLOOM PREMIUM COTTON TEES LTD

At Earthloom, we believe great design deserves great quality and good customer service.

Every T-shirt and sweatshirt is printed especially for you when you order. No unnecessary stock, no warehouse full of unsold clothing, just original designs made to be worn and loved.

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Here is everything you need to know about returns, refunds and replacements.

UK Returns & Cancellation Rights

For eligible standard products purchased online, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Once you've notified us that you wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to return your item.

To request a return, email support@earthloomtees.com with your order number.

You may try on your T-shirt as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of the garment while it is in your possession. We may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item's nature, characteristics and fit.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address.

USA Returns

Because our garments are printed individually to order, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges for US orders.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us. We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Something not quite right? We're here to help.

Please email support@earthloomtees.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where helpful.

We can assist with:

• Damaged or defective garments

• Incorrect items received

• Printing or manufacturing faults

• Items that do not match their description

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery, so we can resolve the problem promptly.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

We will cover necessary return costs where required by law for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Size Exchanges

We provide sizing information to help you choose the right fit before ordering.

For eligible UK orders, you may use your statutory cancellation rights if the size isn't right. We do not currently offer direct size swaps. You can return the original garment in accordance with this policy and place a new order for your preferred size.

For USA orders, we do not ordinarily offer size exchanges for an incorrect size selected at checkout, except where required by law.

Refunds

For eligible UK cancellations, we will refund the price paid for the returned items, together with any applicable standard outbound delivery charges, as required by law.

Where the goods have already been delivered, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Personalised Products

Products genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
