Every Earthloom T-shirt and sweatshirt is printed especially for you. We don't keep piles of unsold clothing sitting in a warehouse. Your garment is made after you order it, then sent directly to your door.

How Long Does It Take?
Printing: Usually 2–5 working days. Occasionally up to 7 working days during busy periods.
Delivery: Typically 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and shipping service.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. During busy seasons, public holidays or unexpected courier delays, orders may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Our garments are printed and fulfilled through trusted production partners, helping us get orders to customers without unnecessary international shipping wherever possible.

What Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you'll know the delivery charge before completing your purchase.
Order 3 or more items and enjoy FREE SHIPPING.
No discount code required. The offer is applied automatically to eligible orders at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Taxes are calculated according to your delivery destination and applicable tax rules.
For UK orders, any applicable VAT is reflected in the price or calculated at checkout.
For US orders, applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout depending on your shipping address.
If international customs duties or import charges apply, we'll provide any information available to us. Please note that such charges may be the customer's responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind or noticed a mistake?
Please email support@earthloomtees.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Because every garment is printed to order, we may not be able to change the design, size or shipping address once production has started.
We'll always do our best to help.

Please Check Your Delivery Address
Before placing your order, please double-check your delivery address, including the postcode or ZIP code.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately.
We'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
If a parcel is lost or returned because of an address error, please contact us so we can review the available options.
Ordering More Than One Item
Ordered several T-shirts or a mixture of T-shirts and sweatshirts?
Your items may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days.
This happens because different garments may be printed and dispatched from different production facilities.
If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you'll receive tracking information for each parcel where available.
Late, Lost or Damaged Orders
Something gone wrong? We're here to help.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your parcel is significantly delayed, or it's marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please email us with your order number.
We'll investigate the delivery with our fulfilment partner and courier.
If your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Arrived damaged or incorrectly printed?
Send us an email with your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.
We'll review the problem and arrange a suitable solution at no additional cost where we're responsible.
Please don't return anything before contacting us.
