      UK orders are produced locally, while US orders are printed and shipped within the USA.

    No. Every tee is printed to order and sent to you with no customs charges — nothing extra to pay when it arrives, wherever you are.

    How long will it take to get my tees?

    Every tee is printed to order — no warehouse, no shortcuts. Orders usually leave us within 3–4 working days, and you'll get tracking as soon as yours does. How long it takes after that depends where you are. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

    How do I return or replace something?

    If something’s not right, we’ll sort it. Email support@earthloomtees.com and you’ll hear back from a real person.

    If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right. Changed your mind? Returns are available subject to our return policy, with specific cancellation rights applying to UK and EU customers. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
