Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love what arrives at your door.

If something isn't right, we'll help sort it out.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our standard T-shirts and sweatshirts.

This applies to eligible orders in the UK, USA and other destinations we serve.

Changed Your Mind?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Once you have notified us, please send the garment back within 14 days.

Your item should be unworn and unwashed, apart from trying it on to check the fit, and returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Return postage is at your expense. We don't currently provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can give you the correct return address.

Ordered the Wrong Size?

Email us with your order number.

You can return an eligible unworn and unwashed item under our 30-day guarantee and order your preferred size.

Return postage is your responsibility. We don't currently offer direct size exchanges.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect garment, faulty print or manufacturing defect, email us with your order number and photographs where helpful.

We'll arrange an appropriate refund or replacement at our expense, in accordance with your consumer rights.

Please don't pay to return a faulty item without contacting us first.

Your legal rights also protect you against faults that become apparent after the 30-day guarantee has ended.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

For a full-order return under our money-back guarantee, we refund the price paid for the returned items, including the original standard delivery charge.

For partial returns, original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by law.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect and try it on, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value where permitted by law.

Your UK Statutory Cancellation Rights

Our 30-day guarantee is additional to your legal rights.

Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days from receipt of your online order to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason.

You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

For an eligible cancellation, we'll refund the applicable product price and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever comes first.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Any permitted deduction for excessive handling will comply with applicable law.

Genuinely personalised products may have different statutory cancellation rules. Simply printing one of our standard catalogue designs after an order does not automatically make it a personalised product.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer legislation.

How to Request a Return

Email support@earthloomtees.com with your order number and tell us which item you wish to return.

We'll provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
